CHA!

Cha is almost over and already I am feeling a bit sad. It was really great to see some familiar faces again...and super cool to meet new people. The show itself went well for Prima so we are happy campers ^-^ Today I had a chance to visit some of my other favorite booths and they were so kind to allow me to take a few pics to share with you! horay! I couldn't venture too far but Sassafras Lass has always come out with really unique and fun designs and this show was no different. I especially took a liking to their new embellishments...the felt critters were super cute!

and of course hambly :) but really now--who doesn't drool over this stuff?? lol. Their booth...all the examples are always so so so so so killer! love it love it.

After the show last night we all grabbed a fun dinner at el torito grill. We got a kick outta how fancy the display of our food was, and I even tried to get a little fancy with my take out box...but I think I'll stick to scrapbooking LOL. If you ever go there you should try the Lobster quessidillas as an appetizer...it's delicioso :D

So, it's that time again. Another move for me...this time to a beautiful house closer to Prima. I'm psyched for it...the area is much different from what I'm used to. It's somewhat secluded from the city...lots of trees, wildlife etc, and the community looks really nice :) lots of future photo ops I can tell :) The big day is this wednesday and then just as I finish unpacking I'll be jumping right into the weekend where we will be setting up the Prima booth at CHA lol...talk about losing some calories.

Here's some things I've been up to the past couple weeks besides packing up my life in a million prima boxes lol.

For xmas my grandma gave me an awesome telephoto lens so I've been dying to use it...and a couple weeks ago tried it on a little bird in a tree :) I'm anxiously awaiting the next time I get a chance to pull it out again.

I also got a chance to use it last week when the moon would be at it's best for 2009 :)
 

Also still editing pics from france...it's hard when you got over 500 HAHA.

I'm really excited to see the collection I designed at Michaels soon....sneek peaks to come for sure very soon :) but. What I'm more excited for??? I'm designing my next collection for Summer CHA at Prima now and duddddde let me just say I think it's going to be really great! I think no matter what style you have...the things I'm making should fit anyone hehe wink wink :) and not because I'm vain hahaha...but I'm realistic...I'm the hardest on myself when it comes to this kind of stuff...and I can't WAIT to get the samples in to see it all together!!! eeeks. It's going to be MUCH different than the rebellious collection but it's still going to encompass my general style. ooooh I wish I could just show you guys already hahah. anyways, big hugs to all...thank you ALL SO MUCH for all the encouraging messages from the last post! I know the rebellious collection is not everyone's cup of tea...it's very wild and bright but I'm still learning  and every bit of critisism that I've had I've been taking in and growing from that.
